Nick is a Sydney lad passionate about the watch industry, and his client's success'. He is especially MAD about Luxury, planes, motorbikes and all things mechanical.
Based in Shanghai, Willow Chan heads MAD & Associates China Limited. Willow has over 30 years experience in Greater China, during which he established an enviable record for successfully developing Swiss watch brands.
Benefitting from a unique and extensive network, Willow brings an invaluable know-how in brand management, customer relationship management, market analysis, key account management, and sales and marketing strategy in what is a key and essential market for luxury products.
When not touring the Middle Kingdom, Willow enjoys a glass of wine and a fine cigar, Cuban preferably.
